  • 1 cup Pickled tea leaves
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup Chopped tomatoes
  • ½ cup Chopped peanuts
  • ¼ cup Sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes optional

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine pickled tea leaves, shredded cabbage, chopped tomatoes, chopped peanuts, and sesame seeds.
  2. Add fish sauce, lime juice, and chili flakes (if using). Mix well.
  3. Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes before serving.
