Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork shoulder, thinly sliced
  • 200 g Egg noodles
  • 1 liter Chicken broth
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 Green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  3. 3. Add the thinly sliced pork shoulder to the pot. Cook until the pork is tender, about 20 minutes.
  4. 4. In a separate pot, cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  5. 5. Add the cooked egg noodles to the soup. Stir to combine.
  6. 6. Add the chopped green onions and bean sprouts. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
