- 1 kg Pork shoulder cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a baking dish, combine pork, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Mix well.
Bake for 45 minutes or until pork is cooked through and tender.
Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
