Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork innards (liver, heart, kidney)
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Curry powder
  • 1 can Coconut milk
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 pcs Bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 handful Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the pork innards and cook until they are browned on all sides.
  4. 4. Stir in the curry powder and cook for another minute to release the flavors.
  5. 5. Pour in the coconut milk and chicken broth. Add the bay leaves, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Remove from heat, stir in lime juice, and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
