Pork Offal Skewers (Wet Tha Dok Hto) Recipe
A traditional Burmese street food delicacy made with pork offal, marinated and grilled to perfection.

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Pork offal (heart, liver, intestines) cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic, turmeric powder, chili powder, sugar, and vegetable oil.
2. Add the pork offal pieces to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Thread the marinated pork offal onto skewers.
5. Grill the skewers for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and slightly charred.
6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
