Main Ingredients
- 500 g Pork cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Water
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the pork cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and water, bring to a boil.
5. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes or until the pork is tender.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
