Ingredients

  • 500 g Green Beans
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes

Instructions 

  1. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mortar and pestle, pound the garlic into a paste.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the garlic paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and chili flakes.
  4. Add the blanched green beans to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the dressing.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
