  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mortar and pestle, pound the green chilies and garlic until they form a rough paste.
  2. 2. Transfer the chili-garlic paste to a mixing bowl.
  3. 3. Add lime juice, salt, and chopped cilantro to the bowl. Mix well.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
