- 2 cups Purple yam, grated
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
