Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, fish)
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
  4. Stir in fish sauce, turmeric, and chili powder.
  5. Add mixed seafood and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour in coconut milk, bring to a simmer.
  7. Cook for another 15 minutes or until seafood is cooked through.
  8. Season with salt and garnish with fresh cilantro.
