Rakhine Style Sour Seafood Soup

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Mixed seafood (shrimp, fish, squid)
- 1 liter Water
- 2 tablespoon Tamarind paste
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 stalks Lemongrass, bruised
- 2 pieces Kaffir lime leaves
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped
1. In a pot, bring water to a boil.
2. Add tamarind paste, turmeric powder, garlic, and onion. Simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add mixed seafood and cook for 10 minutes.
4. Add fish sauce, salt, sugar, lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
5. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
