Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Raw jackfruit, shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup Cabbage, shredded
  • ½ cup Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 unit Lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded jackfruit, carrots, cabbage, and red bell pepper.
  2. Add the chopped cilantro, lime juice, and olive oil. Toss well to combine.
  3. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Mix again.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for an hour to let the flavors meld together.
