- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the rice and stir to coat the grains with butter.
3. Pour in the chicken broth and add salt. Stir well.
4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 18-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
5. Fluff the rice with a fork before serving.
