Rice Flour Dumplings in Coconut Milk

- 1 cup Rice Flour
- ½ cup Water
- 2 cups Coconut Milk
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour and water to form a dough.
Shape the dough into small dumplings.
In a saucepan, bring coconut milk to a boil.
Add sugar and salt to the coconut milk and stir until dissolved.
Gently add the dumplings to the coconut milk and cook for 15-20 minutes until they float to the surface.
Serve warm.
