  • 2 cups Coconut Milk
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour and water to form a dough.
  2. Shape the dough into small dumplings.
  3. In a saucepan, bring coconut milk to a boil.
  4. Add sugar and salt to the coconut milk and stir until dissolved.
  5. Gently add the dumplings to the coconut milk and cook for 15-20 minutes until they float to the surface.
  6. Serve warm.
