Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice preferably jasmine or basmati
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup Grated carrots
  • ½ cup Chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup Peanuts roasted and crushed
  • 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded cabbage, grated carrots, and chopped cilantro.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix together the fish sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, and chili flakes.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the rice mixture and toss well to combine.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the crushed peanuts on top before serving.
