- 2 cups Rice rinsed
- 1 cup Preserved Mustard Greens chopped
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
1. Cook the rice in a rice cooker or according to package instructions.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
4. Add the chopped preserved mustard greens and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, and mix well.
6. Serve hot.
