  • 1 medium Onion thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut oil
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped roselle leaves, sliced onion, and minced garlic.
  2. 2. Add the fish sauce, lime juice, chili powder, and peanut oil to the bowl.
