- 200 g Roselle leaves fresh, washed and chopped
- 1 medium Onion thinly sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 tablespoon Peanut oil
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped roselle leaves, sliced onion, and minced garlic.
2. Add the fish sauce, lime juice, chili powder, and peanut oil to the bowl.
3. Toss everything together until well mixed. Adjust the seasoning with salt to taste.
