Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 100 grams Salted fish diced
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the diced salted fish and fry until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same wok, add the beaten eggs and scramble until just set. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add a bit more oil if needed, then sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for a couple of minutes.
  6. Return the salted fish and scrambled eggs to the wok.
  7. Add the cooked rice and stir well to combine.
  8. Season with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well mixed and heated through.
  9. Serve hot.
