  • 4 pieces Samosas cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots julienned
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • 0.5 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fish Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, diced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion.
  2. 2. Add the chopped cilantro to the bowl and mix well.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, and chili flakes until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
  5. 5. Gently fold in the bite-sized samosa pieces into the salad.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
