- 2 cups Sticky Rice
- 1 cup Cooked Beans
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Green Onions, chopped
1. Rinse the sticky rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
2. Soak the rice in water for at least 30 minutes, then drain.
3. Cook the rice in a rice cooker with the appropriate amount of water.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, beans, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, sugar, and minced garlic. Mix well.
5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
