Instructions
1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
2. Add the lemongrass, galangal, and kaffir lime leaves. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add the tom yum paste, fish sauce, and lime juice. Stir well.
4. Add the shrimp, squid, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, garlic, and onion. Cook until the seafood is done, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
