Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 200 g Squid cleaned and sliced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Tom Yum Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 stalks Lemongrass cut into 2-inch pieces and smashed
  • 3 slices Galangal
  • 3 leaves Kaffir Lime Leaves torn
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 small Onion sliced
  • 1 handful Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the lemongrass, galangal, and kaffir lime leaves. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the tom yum paste, fish sauce, and lime juice. Stir well.
  4. 4. Add the shrimp, squid, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, garlic, and onion. Cook until the seafood is done, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
