Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dried seaweed soaked and drained
  • 1 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 1 medium Tomato diced
  • 1 small Onion thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted
  • 1 tablespoon Peanuts crushed
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak the dried seaweed in water for about 10 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the seaweed, shredded cabbage, diced tomato, sliced onion, and minced garlic.
  3. 3. Add the lime juice, fish sauce, and sugar. Toss everything together until well mixed.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds, crushed peanuts, and chopped cilantro on top before serving.
