Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dried seaweed soaked and drained
  • 4 cups Water
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak the dried seaweed in water for 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
  3. 3. Add the minced garlic and soaked seaweed to the pot.
  4. 4. Stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
