Instructions
1. Soak the dried seaweed in water for 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
2. In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
3. Add the minced garlic and soaked seaweed to the pot.
4. Stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
5. Let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
