- 1 cup semolina
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine semolina, sugar, shredded coconut, yogurt, vegetable oil, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool before serving.
