- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
- ¼ cup water
- ½ cup red bean paste sweetened
- ½ cup sesame seeds
- 2 cups oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine the glutinous rice flour and water to form a dough.
Divide the dough into small balls and flatten each ball.
Place a small amount of red bean paste in the center of each flattened dough and wrap the dough around the filling to form a ball.
Roll each ball in sesame seeds until fully coated.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the sesame balls until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove from oil using a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
