  • 200 g rice noodles
  • 300 g chicken breast sliced thinly
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 bunch cilantro chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions chopped
  • 1 lime lime cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the sliced chicken breast to the pot and cook until no longer pink.
  4. 4. Pour in the chicken broth and water. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Add the soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir well and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Divide the cooked rice noodles into bowls. Ladle the soup over the noodles.
  7. 7. Top with bean sprouts, chopped cilantro, green onions, and lime wedges. Serve hot.
