  • 200 g Rice Noodles cooked
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Vegetables mixed, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the cubed tofu and cook until golden brown.
  4. 4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  5. 5. Add the cooked rice noodles and soy sauce, stir well to combine.
