Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Shan Tofu
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 tablespoon Curry Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Water
- 1 medium Onion chopped
Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until golden brown.
Add curry powder and cook for another minute.
Add Shan Tofu, coconut milk, water, and salt. Stir well.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve hot with rice or flatbread.
