Shan Tofu (Tohu Nway - Warm Tofu) Recipe
A traditional Burmese dish made from chickpea flour, served warm and often enjoyed as a snack or side dish.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 3 cups water divided
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
In a bowl, mix chickpea flour with 1 cup of water until smooth.
In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add turmeric and salt.
Gradually whisk in the chickpea mixture. Stir continuously until thickened.
Pour the mixture into a greased dish and let it set for a few minutes.
Serve warm as a snack or side dish.
