Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 3 cups water divided
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix chickpea flour with 1 cup of water until smooth.
  2. In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add turmeric and salt.
  3. Gradually whisk in the chickpea mixture. Stir continuously until thickened.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased dish and let it set for a few minutes.
  5. Serve warm as a snack or side dish.
