Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Rice rinsed
- 4 large Tomatoes chopped
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 2 cups Water
1. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
4. Add rinsed rice, fish sauce, salt, and water. Stir well.
5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
6. Fluff the rice with a fork and serve warm.
