Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoon Shrimp paste
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add shrimp paste and cook for a minute.
  4. 4. Push the paste to one side and add beaten eggs, scrambling them until cooked.
  5. 5. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  6. 6. Add cooked rice and soy sauce, mixing everything well.
  7. 7. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
  8. 8. Serve hot.
