eggs, beaten

mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)

garlic, minced

soy sauce

vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Green onions, chopped (optional)
Instructions
Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Push garlic to the side and pour in beaten eggs. Scramble until cooked.
Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
Stir in smoked fish and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add cooked rice and soy sauce. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
