- 200 g Smoked fish flaked
- 1 cup Mixed greens
- 1 Cucumber sliced
- 1 Red onion thinly sliced
- 1 Lemon juiced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, cucumber, and red onion.
2. Add the flaked smoked fish to the bowl.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss everything together gently.
5. Serve immediately.
