  • 200 g Fish fillets cooked and flaked
  • 1 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Carrot julienned
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Peanuts crushed
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked and flaked fish, shredded cabbage, and julienned carrot.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and chili flakes.
  3. Pour the dressing over the fish and vegetables, and toss to combine.
  4. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts and chopped cilantro before serving.
