Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Fish fillets cut into chunks
  • 1 l Water
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 piece Ginger sliced
  • 2 stalks Lemongrass bruised
  • 2 pieces Kaffir lime leaves torn
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks fresh or canned
  • 1 bunch Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring water to a boil.
  2. 2. Add garlic, ginger, lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Add fish fillets and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, cherry tomatoes, and pineapple chunks. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
