Instructions
1. In a pot, bring water to a boil.
2. Add garlic, ginger, lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves. Simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Add fish fillets and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Add fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, cherry tomatoes, and pineapple chunks. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
5. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
