- 1 cup Cabbage chopped
- 1 cup Carrots sliced
- 1 cup Tomatoes diced
- 4 cups Vegetable Broth
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper ground
1. In a pot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.
2. Add the chopped cabbage, sliced carrots, and diced tomatoes to the pot.
