Split Pea Crackers Recipe (Pe kyaw)

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Split peas soaked overnight
- 1 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 cup Oil for frying
1. Drain the soaked split peas and blend them with water until smooth.
2. Add salt and turmeric to the mixture and stir well.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
5. Remove the crackers from the oil and drain on paper towels.
6. Serve warm or at room temperature.
