Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoon Squid ink
  • 1 cup Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the garlic and onion, stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
  4. Stir in the cooked rice and mix well.
  5. Add the squid ink, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the rice is evenly coated.
  6. Serve hot.
