- 4 Bananas ripe
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 1 cup Glutinous rice flour
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
1. Peel the bananas and cut them into halves.
2. In a bowl, mix coconut milk, glutinous rice flour, sugar, and salt until smooth.
3. Place a banana half on a piece of banana leaf or parchment paper. Spoon some coconut mixture over the banana.
4. Fold the leaf or paper to form a parcel and secure with a toothpick or string.
5. Steam the parcels for about 20 minutes until the mixture is set.
6. Let cool slightly before serving.
