Main Ingredients
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Chopped Green Onions
1. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
2. Add the chicken broth, soy sauce, and salt to the eggs. Mix well.
3. Strain the mixture to remove bubbles and pour into a heatproof dish.
4. Cover the dish with plastic wrap or a lid to prevent water from dripping in.
5. Steam over medium heat for 15 minutes or until set.
6. Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
