Ingredients

  • 1 whole Fish (cleaned and gutted) Preferably white fish like tilapia or snapper
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 inch Ginger (sliced)
  • 2 stalks Green Onions (chopped)
  • 1 handful Cilantro (chopped)

Instructions 

  1. 1. Clean and gut the fish if not already done.
  2. 2. Place the fish on a plate that fits into your steamer.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and sliced ginger.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture over the fish.
  5. 5. Steam the fish for about 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro before serving.
