  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 2 Limes juiced
  • 1 Red chili sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place the fish fillets in a steamer and steam for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, fish sauce, lime juice, sliced chili, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. 3. Pour the sauce over the steamed fish and garnish with chopped cilantro.
