Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Sticky Rice
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Cooked Chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Mushrooms, chopped
Soak the sticky rice in water for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Drain the rice and mix with coconut milk, sugar, and salt.
Place a portion of rice mixture on a banana leaf, add chicken and mushrooms, and wrap into a parcel.
Steam the parcels for about 60 minutes.
