  • 2 cups Sticky Rice
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Soak the sticky rice in water for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Drain the rice and mix with coconut milk, sugar, and salt.
  3. Place a portion of rice mixture on a banana leaf, add chicken and mushrooms, and wrap into a parcel.
  4. Steam the parcels for about 60 minutes.
