Ingredients 

Vegetables

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 cups Carrot sticks
  • 1 cup Bell pepper strips
  • 1 cup Snap peas

Dip

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dill dried
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Prepare the vegetables by washing and cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. Steam the vegetables for about 10-15 minutes until tender but still crisp.
  3. 3. While the vegetables are steaming, prepare the dip by mixing the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. 4. Serve the steamed vegetables with the dip on the side.
