Steamed Vegetables with Dip
A simple and healthy recipe for steamed vegetables served with a delicious dip.

- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 2 cups Carrot sticks
- 1 cup Bell pepper strips
- 1 cup Snap peas
Dip
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Dill dried
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Prepare the vegetables by washing and cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
2. Steam the vegetables for about 10-15 minutes until tender but still crisp.
3. While the vegetables are steaming, prepare the dip by mixing the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
4. Serve the steamed vegetables with the dip on the side.
