Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Sticky rice soaked overnight
- 1 cup Cucumber thinly sliced
- 1 cup Carrot julienned
- ¼ cup Peanuts roasted and crushed
- 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 2 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Chili flakes
- 1 cup Fresh herbs such as cilantro and mint, chopped
1. Soak sticky rice overnight, then steam until cooked, about 30 minutes.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and chili flakes.
3. Add the cooked sticky rice, cucumber, carrot, peanuts, and fresh herbs to the bowl.
4. Toss everything together until well combined. Serve immediately.
