Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Glutinous Rice soaked in water for at least 4 hours
  • ½ cup Dried Shrimp soaked in warm water for 30 minutes
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak the glutinous rice in water for at least 4 hours, then drain.
  2. 2. Soak the dried shrimp in warm water for 30 minutes, then drain.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, vegetable oil, minced garlic, sugar, and salt.
  4. 4. Add the soaked rice and shrimp to the bowl and mix well.
  5. 5. Transfer the mixture to a steamer and steam for 40 minutes or until the rice is fully cooked.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
