  • 1 bunch Mustard Greens washed and chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped mustard greens and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until wilted.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and stir well to combine.
  5. Serve hot as a side dish.
