Stir-fried Mustard Greens Recipe
A quick and easy stir-fry recipe featuring mustard greens.

Main Ingredients
- 1 bunch Mustard Greens washed and chopped
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the chopped mustard greens and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until wilted.
Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and stir well to combine.
Serve hot as a side dish.
