Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 100 g chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add bell pepper and chicken, cook until chicken is done.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Add noodles and mix well.
  5. Push noodles to one side, pour beaten egg on the other side, scramble until cooked.
  6. Mix egg with noodles, add green onions, salt, and pepper. Serve hot.
