Stir-fried Water Spinach Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Water Spinach washed and cut into 3-inch pieces
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Oyster Sauce
- ½ teaspoon Sugar
Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add the water spinach and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir well to combine.
Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the water spinach is tender and coated with the sauce.
Serve hot as a side dish.
