Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Water Spinach washed and cut into 3-inch pieces
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Oyster Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the water spinach and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  4. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir well to combine.
  5. Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the water spinach is tender and coated with the sauce.
  6. Serve hot as a side dish.
