Main Ingredients
- 12 pieces Tofu puffs
- 1 cup Mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn) finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
4. Stir in soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
5. Cut a slit in each tofu puff and stuff with the vegetable mixture.
6. Serve warm and enjoy!
